Shipping Charges
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- UPS 2nd Day Air charge add $80.00 per address.
- UPS Next Day Air Saver charge add $100.00 per address.
- At the current time we cannot ship product into foreign countries, including Mexico and Canada.

Our normal shipping days for standard two (2) day delivery are Monday through Wednesday to minimize the chances of shipments sitting over the weekend in transit.
- All products have been vacuum-packed and frozen to insure freshness.
- Dry ice is included with shipment.
- Depending on climate conditions, your order may arrive still frozen or partially thawed (below 40 F).
- Thawed smoked meats are still of the highest quality and can be refrigerated for up to two weeks or frozen for up to 12 months.
